Sophie Andrews is a multi-award winning Australian entrepreneur, mentor, author and speaker who has spent over three decades growing & exiting small businesses whilst also serving as a Director on the Board of the Australian Bookkeepers Association for five years.

Following a successful 15 year career in finance roles for renowned organisations such as Max Mara, in 2005 Sophie established successful bookkeeping & consulting agency The Accounts Studio.

Pioneering a new approach in the industry, the Studio experienced rapid growth after she became one of the first to embrace digital marketing and niching - specialising in working with creatives, as well as being an early adopter of the revolutionary cloud accounting software Xero.

Actively engaged in financial education, Sophie also taught finance and small business skills at a prestigious fashion school in Sydney & guest lectured at other institutions. Throughout the past decade, she has consistently provided valuable insights as a media commentator & speaker, offering her expertise on the intricacies of the small business landscape.

Driven by a passion to inspire and educate others, Sophie is now passing on her vast knowledge in building and selling a successful firm within the finance industry.

Since the sale of her bookkeeping firm in 2019, Sophie now focuses on consulting, as well as managing her two new ventures: The Meditation Hunter and Soul Alchemia.
